Program Overview
RCO & EFT in Daily Life brings Recursive Continuity Ontology and Emotional Field Theory out of the classroom and into everyday experience. This program teaches learners how to recognize the forces shaping their current state, understand disruption without being defined by it, and intentionally build conditions that support more viable trajectories. Rather than treating emotions, relationships, habits, stress, and major life transitions as separate problems, RCO and EFT provide a shared framework for understanding how they interact within one changing continuity field. Learners explore how Meaning-Making Capacity, Relational Support Intensity, Adaptive Plasticity, and Disruption influence what becomes possible from moment to moment. The program also introduces Transformation Groups, attractors, environmental cues, native and proxy regulation, backlog, and the ways repeated patterns can either narrow or expand future possibilities. The emphasis is practical: learning to read your field, identifying what is increasing disruption, strengthening available resources, restructuring relational and environmental conditions, and recognizing when a different trajectory becomes possible. RCO does not promise a life without disruption. It offers a way to understand disruption, navigate it, and deliberately influence what happens next. By the end of the program, learners will be able to apply RCO and EFT to relationships, work, grief, conflict, habits, transitions, motivation, and everyday decision-making. Use the model to navigate life.
