The T Formula & Transformation Groups

Program Overview

The T Formula & Transformation Groups introduces the quantitative and relational architecture of transformation within Recursive Continuity Ontology and Emotional Field Theory. At the center of the program is the T Formula: T= (MxRxP ) / (D+1) where transformation potential emerges from the interaction of Meaning-Making Capacity, Relational Support Intensity, Adaptive Plasticity, and Disruption. Learners move beyond simply calculating T to understanding what each variable represents, how changes in one variable alter the larger system, and why transformation must be understood dynamically rather than as a single score. The program explores how T changes across time, how limiting variables shape possibility, and how thresholds, attractors, and state transitions can be recognized within changing continuity conditions. The second major focus is the Transformation Group (TG): a bounded set of coupled nodes whose states reciprocally modify one another and generate a shared continuity trajectory. Learners examine how individuals, relationships, teams, families, institutions, and other recursive systems can function as Transformation Groups, and how Reactus, Mechanicus, and Lumina dynamics shape their behavior. The goal is to teach learners how to measure transformation, map coupled systems, identify leverage points, and understand why some trajectories stabilize while others collapse or reorganize. By the end of the program, participants will be able to use the T Formula and Transformation Groups as practical tools for analyzing and influencing recursive systems. The mathematics of transformation.
